The property consists of 1,749 packs of Marlboro brand unstamped cigarettes, 36 packs of 555 brand unstamped cigarettes, 76 packs of Shuangxi brand unstamped cigarettes, and 8 sticks of Shuangxi brand unstamped cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on February 18, 2007, at 12:30 PM from Tsao Yin Tan, dba: None located at 900 Fallon Street, Oakland, CA., 94607.
