This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on December 18, 2006, at 2:49 p.m. from Musa A. Hussein, dba: Kings Smokeshop located at 3856 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Oakland, CA., 94609.
