The property consists of 47 Cartons - 58 Packs Marlboro brand, 16 Cartons 1 Pack Benson & Hedges brand, 12 Cartons - 12 Packs GT One brand, 5 Cartons Camel brand, 1 Carton Newport brand, 3 Cartons GPC brand, 3 Cartons Winston brand, 5 Cartons - 6 Packs Kool brand, 6 Packs Dunhill brand, 2 Cartons - 6 Packs Capri brand, 2 Cartons Virginia Slims brand, 1 Carton Pall Mall brand, 1 Carton American Spirit brand, and 1 Carton Salem brand Cigarettes Containing Counterfeit Stamps. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on December 7, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. from Phuoc Huu Nguyen, dba: Phillip Water located at 2660 N Tustin St, Orange, CA 92865.
