TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Chief, Board Proceedings Division; State Board of Equalization; 450 N Street, MIC:81; PO Box 942879; Sacramento, CA 94279.
The property consists of 15 cartons of Marlboro brand, 60 cartons and 26 packs of GT One brand, 1 carton and 5 packs of American Spirit brand, 7 cartons of Champion brand, and 2 packs of Unify brand all with counterfeit tax stamps and 7 cans / 7.2 oz. of VLT brand tobacco and 14 bags / 6.1 oz. of Sixty 1 brand tobacco not listed on the California Tobacco Directory. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on November 9, 2006, at 3:00 p.m. from Hanadi Alhosari, dba: American Cigarettes 4 U located at 6277 Ball Road, Cypress, CA 90630.
