TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 44 cartons and 33 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 24 cartons and 29 packs of American Spirit brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 4 packs of Parliament brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section B& §22974.3 on September 14, 2006, at 12:00 p.m. from G Mak Investment, Inc. dba: Lincoln 76 located at 2120 Lincoln Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA 90405.
