The property consists of untaxed tobacco: 7 cases and 120 pouches of .75 oz Bugler brand RYO, 8 cases and 10 cans of Bugler brand RYO - 6 oz., 4 cases and 60 pouches of Top brand RYO - 3/4 oz., and 1 case and 7 cans of Top brand RYO - 6 oz.. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22978.2, on September 1, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. from WH California Corp., dba: WH California Corp. located at 7097 Tennessee River Ct., Mira Loma, CA 91752.
