The property consists of 30 cartons & 13 packs of GT One brand; 7 cartons & 15 packs of Capri brand; 3 cartons & 21 packs of Marlboro brand; 6 cartons & 10 packs of Camel brand; 11 cartons & 9 packs of Benson & Hedges brand; 10 cartons & 16 packs of Salem brand; 13 cartons & 6 packs of Kool brand; 6 cartons & 8 packs of More brand and 10 cartons & 9 packs of Winston brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit stamps. This property was seized pursuant to : Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on June 19, 2006, at 6.45 pm from Smoke Rings, Inc, dba: Smoke 4 Less # 2 located at 2026 W AVENUE J, LANCASTER, CA 93536.
