The property consists of 80 packs Marlboro brand unstamped cigarettes, 80 packs Cravens brand unstamped cigarettes, 330 packs 555 brand unstamped cigarettes,60 packs Dunhill brand unstamped cigarettes, 20 packs Whitehorse brand unstamped cigarettes, 400 packs Shuangxi brand unstamped cigarettes, 60 packs Camel brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes,16 packs Salem brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes,260 packs Jet brand unstamped cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on July 10, 2006, at 2:45 p.m. from Ty Lam, dba: Price Mart located at 6060 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95824.
