Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of untaxed tobacco: 13 cases and 10 boxes of Al Fakher brand, 8 boxes and 9 tubs of Layalina brand, 2 boxes of King Moassel brand, 9 boxes of Nakhla brand, 3 tubs of Splash brand, and 20 cans of Sultan brand. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on May 24, 2006, at 10:10 p.m. from Debooty, LLC, dba: Hidden Cafe located at 5634 E. La Palma Ave., Anaheim, CA 92807.
