The property consists of 8 cartons and 20 packs of American Spirit brand, 2 cartons and 1 pack of USA Gold brand, 6 packs of 555 brand, 1 carton and 1 pack of Export ‘A’ brand, 2 cartons and 12 packs of Du Maurier brand, 6 packs of Cartier brand, 9 packs and 140 sticks of Prime Time brand, 52 packs of Nat Sherman brand, 2 cartons and 18 packs of Dunhill brand, 51 packs of Dreams brand, 11 cartons and 8 packs of Djarum brand, 1 carton and 7 packs of Sampoerna brand, 6 cartons and 45 packs of Liggett brand, 9 cartons and 51 packs of Sonoma brand, 3 packs and 104 sticks of Al Capone brand of unstamped cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on May 11, 2006, at 2:15 p.m. from Galiom Mansour and Ragheb H. Dawi, dba: Tobacco Discount #4 located at 1717 E. Vista Chino, Palm Springs, CA 92262.
