The property consists of untaxed tobacco: 27 cases and 9 boxes of Al Fakher brand, 5 boxes of El Nakhla brand, 6 packs of Havana brand, 1 can / 1 kg. of Layalina brand, 15 boxes of Nakhla brand, and 1 can / 8.8 oz. of Sultan brand. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on May 24, 2006, at 7:15 p.m. from Football USA, Inc., dba: Nubia Cafe located at 1785 W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim, CA 92801.
