The property consists of 10 packs of Al Capone brand cigarettes, 13 sticks of M.Cubano brand cigars, 15 sticks of Padron brand cigars, 11 sticks 4 packs of Partagas brand cigars, 21 sticks of Signet brand cigars, 16 sticks of Havana Honeys brand cigars, 6 sticks of A' Fuente brand cigars, 6 sticks of Macanudo brand cigars, 15 sticks of La Gloria Cubana brand cigars, 30 sticks of Montecristo brand cigars, 3 sticks of A y C Grenadiers brand cigars, 23 sticks of H Upman brand cigars, 20 sticks and 3 packs of Thompson's brand cigars, 14 sticks of Exquisitas brand cigars, 14 sticks of Hamiltons brand cigars, 17 sticks and 2 packs of Kahlua brand cigars, 13 sticks of Olor brand cigars, 50 sticks of White Owl brand cigars, 38 sticks and 3 packs of Cohiba brand cigars, 2 packs of Verellen brand cigars, 53 sticks of Churchill brand cigars, 16 sticks of Garcia y Vega brand cigars, 6 sticks of El Producto brand cigars, 3 packs of Miami Suites, and 52 sticks of Cuban Rejects brand cigars. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on April 6, 2006, at 3:45 p.m. from J and N Bakshi Enterprises LLC, dba: Redlands Mini Mart located at 402 E. Redlands Blvd., Redlands, CA, 92373.
