The property consists of various brands of tobacco, 310 packs - Bogar brand unstamped cigarettes, 26 packs - Diplomat brand non MSA listed cigarettes, 38 packs - Way brand non MSA listed cigarettes, 29 packs - Kenny’s brand non MSA listed cigarettes, 29 packs - A One brand non MSA listed cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 on June 9, 2006, at 4:45 p.m. from Habib Rahman Sattari, dba: Payless Cigarettes & Gifts located at 724 Geary St., San Francisco, CA 94109.
