The property consists of 78 Cartons - 8 Packs Marlboro brand, 3 Cartons - 7 Packs 555 brand, and 11 Packs Dunhill brand Counterfeit Stamped Cigarettes; 47 Cartons - 7 Packs 555 brand, 6 Cartons Dunhill brand, and 4 Packs Craven "A" brand Unstamped Cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on May 4, 2006, at 7:05 p.m. from Chinh Manh Kim, dba: Cafe International located at 4344 Convoy St, Ste G, San Diego, CA 92111.
