The property consists of 51 cartons and 4 packs of Marlboro brand, 23 cartons of Dunhill brand, 19 cartons of Davidoff brand and 59 cartons of 555 brand cigarettes unstamped. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on May 18, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. from Khanh Quoc Trinh, dba: Digital Video located at 10341 Garvey Ave., El Monte, CA 91733.
