The property consists of 13 cartons of GT One brand, 54 cartons and 17 packs of Marlboro, 1 carton and 4 packs of Basic brand, 1 carton and 5 packs of Prime Time brand, 3 cartons and 9 packs of Liggett brand, 2 cartons of Benson + Hedges brand, 1 carton and 1 pack of Carlton brand, 9 packs of Capri brand, 2 cartons and 1 pack of GPC brand, 1 carton and 13 packs of American Spirit brand, 1 carton of True brand, 2 packs of Dunhill brand, 12 packs of White Rhino brand counterfeit cigarettes and 6 packs of GPC brand, 3 packs of 555 brand, 121 sticks of Prime Time brand of unstamped cigarettes and various brands of tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on April 19, 2006, at 6:30 p.m. from Ghassan Elmalih, dba: Jake's Smoke Shop located at 1171 Foothill Blvd., La Verne, CA, 91750.
