The property consists of 91 cartons and 245 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 4 packs of Camel brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 3 cartons and 28 packs of Benson & Hedges brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 39 packs of Capri brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 20 packs of Salem brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 19 packs of American Spirit brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 6 packs of Parliament brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 3 cartons of Virginia Slims brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 3 cartons of Marlboro brand cigarettes unstamped. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on April 25, 2006, at 11:15 a.m. from Mayet Enterprises, Inc., dba: ARCO AM PM Mini Market located at 1210 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA 90501.
