Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 210 cartons of GT One brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 103 cartons and 1 pack of Marlboro brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 4 cartons of Prime Time brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes and 1 carton of Carlton 120’s brand counterfeit cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22978.2, on April 19, 2006, at 1:00 pm from Jeries Ayoub Dababneh, dba: J-D Wholesale located at 9200 Golden St., Alta Loma, CA 91737.
