The property consists of 28 cartons of Virginia Slims brand; 15 cartons of Davidoff brand; 1 carton of Ultra Buy brand; 1 carton and 5 packs of American Spirit brand; 1 carton and 23 packs of GT One brand; 1 carton and 12 packs of GPC brand; 1 carton and 29 packs of Kool brand; 11 packs of Seneca brand; 15 packs of Marlboro brand; 18 packs of Capri brand; 4 packs of Benson & Hedges brand; 17 packs of Camel brand; 16 packs of Newport brand. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on March 14, 2006, at 3:00 - 3:30 p.m. from Yousifa Oil Company Inc., dba: none located at 1108 N. Grand Ave., Covina, CA 91724.
