The property consists of 67 Cartons - 8 Packs GT ONE Brand, 15 Cartons - 6 Packs GPC Brand, and 12 Cartons - 39 Packs Marlboro Brand Counterfeit Stamped Cigarettes; and 1 Carton GT ONE Brand Unstamped Cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on April 13, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. from Crista Lee Nelson, dba: Wac Smoke Shop located at 1622 E Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404.
