The property consists of 17 packs Infinity brand Non-MSA cigarettes, 5 packs Parker brand Non-MSA cigarettes, 128 pouches Sixty 1 brand Non-MSA RYO tobacco (.65 oz.), 4 pouches Sixty 1 brand Non-MSA RYO tobacco (16.1 oz.), 17 pouches Sixty 1 brand Non-MSA RYO tobacco (6.1 oz.). This property was seized pursuant to Revenue & Taxation Code Section 30436, on March 29, 2006, at 1:20 p.m. from Param Jit Kaur, dba: Smoke Plus located at 2151 N Texas St, Fairfield, CA 94533.
