TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having
any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty
(20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition
stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or
recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized.
The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must
be filed with the Chief, Board Proceedings Division; State Board of Equalization;

The property consists
of: 77 packs of Unify brand cigarettes, 47 bags of VTC brand, 6 oz., 24 packs
of Sixty 1 brand, 0.75 oz., 8 cans of North brand, 6 oz., and 5 bags of North
brand, 16 oz., cigarette
tobacco not listed on the Attorney General’s California Tobacco Directory,
dated March 3, 2006,3 packs and 192 sticks of Prime Time brand cigarettes,
and various brands of tobacco. This property was seized pursuant to:
Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code
30436, on March 23, 2006, at 3:00
p.m. from Nabylah Jamil Abdalla, dba: A
and N Smoke Shop, located at 24653 Alessandro Blvd.,
Moreno Valley, CA 92553.
