Texas 5 Brand, and 13 Cartons – 6 Packs Jet Brand unstamped cigarettes.
This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions
Code Section 22974.3, on March 29, 2006, at 11:15
a.m. from Kim Huong Nguyen, dba: Alpha
Video Center located at 4712 El Cajon Blvd Ste J, San
Diego, CA 92115.
