This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on September 13, 2005, at 4:30 p.m., from Mouhib M. Mallouhi, Et al, dba: Cost Less Market Liquor, located at 20915 Bear Valley Rd., Apple Valley, CA 92308.
