This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on August 30, 2005, at 3:45 PM from Chang Mei L. Chao & Kuang-Mei Chao, dba: TABACCO ZONE located at 8013 Imperial Hwy, Downey, CA 90242.
