The property consists of 47 cartons and 180 packs of various brands of cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on August 19, 2004 from Gasvan, Inc. located at 600 N Garfield Ave., Alhambra, CA 91801.
