This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on July 27, 2005, at 2:30 p.m. from Osama Nemri, dba: O & B Smokeshop located at 1455 W. Highland Ave. Ste. 106, San Bernardino, CA 92411.
