The property consists of 50 cartons and 8 packs of 555 brand cigarettes with counterfeit tax stamps 4 cartons and 8 packs of 555 brand cigarettes unstamped, 1 carton and 9 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes unstamped, 90 cartons and 7 packs of Marlboro brand with counterfeit tax stamps, 29 cartons of Dunhill brand cigarettes with counterfeit tax stamp, 6 packs of Scenic 101 brand cigarettes with counterfeit tax stamp, and 4 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes with Virginia state stamps. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on July 19, 2005, at 1:30 p.m. from Henry Su, dba: Cong Ty Phuc Sinh located at 9619 Bolsa Ave., Garden Grove, CA 92683.
