The property consists of 40 cartons, 2 packs Scenic 101 brand cigarettes; 18 cartons, 8 packs Esquire brand cigarettes; and 3 cartons, 16 packs Davidoff brand cigarettes not listed on the California Tobacco Directory dated June 23, 2005. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (e), on July 18, 2005, from Kochai Farhad, dba: Amazon Smoke Shop located at 12062 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove, CA 92840.
