The property consists of 11 cartons and 12 packs of Marlboro, 9 cartons of Salem, 1 carton of Merit, 3 cartons and 12 packs of Misty, 14 cartons and 10 packs of Winston, 14 cartons and 10 packs of Benson & Hedges, 3 cartons and 11 packs of Newport, 10 cartons and 16 packs of Basic, 17 cartons and 15 packs of Capri, 9 cartons and 8 packs of Liggett, 1 carton of American Spirit, 2 cartons of Carlton, 18 cartons and 11 packs of GT One, 7 cartons and 2 packs of Pall Mall, 8 cartons of GPC, 5 cartons of Eve and 1 pack of Camel brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps. 5 cartons and 8 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes unstamped. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on July 8, 2005, from Simon A. Maida, DBA: Best Market located at 3043 Saviers Rd., Oxnard, CA 93033.
