The property consists of 2 cartons of Merit brand of cigarettes - unstamped; 1 carton of Merit, 6 cartons of Capri, 11 cartons of Marlboro, 10 cartons of Benson Hedges, 1 carton of Saratoga, 1 carton of More, 17 cartons of Newport, 1 carton of Parliament, 9 cartons of American Spirit, 4 cartons of Pall Mall and 1 carton of Winston brands of cigarettes affixed with counterfeit stamps. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on July 14, 2005, from The Soda Factory, dba: The Soda Factory located at 1020 E. Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90021.
