The property consists of 5 cartons and 5 packs of Marlboro, 8 cartons and 17 packs of GT One, 6 cartons and 5 packs of Scenic 101, 9 packs of USA Gold, 3 packs of Wave, 1 carton and 1 pack of Camel, 2 packs of GPC, 10 packs of BV and 1 carton of Basic brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 56 cartons and 14 packs of Zee-Garelos brand cigarettes unstamped. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on April 20, 2005, at 11:00 a.m., from Marilyn Van Nguyen, dba: Desert Rose Minimart/AV Ice Cream located at 106 E. Avenue I, Lancaster CA 93535 .
