The property consists of 128 packs of GPC brand cigarettes with counterfeit stamps, 490 packs of Wave brand cigarettes with counterfeit stamps, 269 packs of Bronco brand cigarettes with counterfeit stamps, 17 packs of American Spirit brand cigarettes with counterfeit stamps, 4 packs of Dunhill brand cigarettes with counterfeit stamps, 8 packs of Djarum brand cigarettes with counterfeit stamps. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on April 27, 2005, from Sukhdarshan Paul Gogna, dba: Prince Food & Gas located at 133 W. Walnut Ave, Visalia, CA 93277.
