The property consists of 115 cartons and 28 packs of GT One brand, 40 cartons and 70 packs of GPC brand, 129 cartons and 97 packs of Liggett brand, 30 cartons and 26 packs of Benson & Hedges brand, 12 cartons and 1 pack of Carlton brand, 1 carton and 19 packs of Salem brand, 19 cartons of Camel brand, 39 cartons and 16 packs of Capri brand, 2 cartons and 4 packs of Tareyton brand, 5 cartons of Lucky Strike brand, 13 cartons and 12 packs of More brand, 5 packs of USA brand, 13 packs of Virginia Slims brand, 11 cartons and 9 packs of Pall Mall brand, 1 carton and 10 packs of Kool brand, and 2 packs of American Spirit brand of counterfeit stamped cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on June 1, 2005, from Kenny El Far, dba: Cigarettes and More located at 1470 E. Highland Ave. Ste. A, San Bernardino, CA 92404.
