The property consists of 2 cartons and 38 packs of Rothmans brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 2 cartons and 46 packs of Capri brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 12 packs of Parliament brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 77 packs of Benson & Hedges brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 37 packs of Virginia Slims brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 6 packs of Camel brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 232 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 6 packs of Winston brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 14 cartons and 14 packs of Davidoff brand cigarettes unstamped, 8 cartons and 14 packs of Parliament brand cigarettes unstamped, 13 cartons and 8 packs of Select One cigarettes unstamped, 4 cartons and 5 packs of Garni brand cigarettes unstamped, 5 cartons and 5 packs of Cartier brand cigarettes unstamped, 3 packs of American Hero brand cigarettes unstamped. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on July 11, 2005, from Sogomon Sam Kozanyan, dba: Super Meat & Liquor located at 1244 S. Glendale Avenue, Glendale, CA 91205.
