The property consists of 95 cartons and 7 packs of GT One brand cigarettes with counterfeit tax stamp and 2 cartons of GT One brand cigarettes with no tax stamp. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on June 1, 2005, from Mahir Thabata, dba: Smokeshop Plus located at 1331 Kendall Dr., Ste. 3, San Bernardino, CA 92407.
