The property consists of 212 cartons and 7 packs of GT One brand of cigarettes, 36 cartons and 3 packs of Infinity brand, 15 cartons and 8 packs of Liggett brand, 6 cartons and 7 packs of GPC brand, 4 cartons of USA brand, 2 cartons and 10 packs of Sixty 1 brand, 32 cartons of Sampoerna brand, 4 packs of Misty brand, 4 packs of More brand, 5 packs of Pall Mall brand, and 9 packs of Ice brand of counterfeit stamped cigarettes and 69 cartons and 2 packs of GT One brand and 15 cartons of Infinity brand cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on June 9, 2005, from Burhan M. Khateeb, dba: 40th Smoke Shop located at 267 E. 40th St., San Bernardino, CA 92407.
