The property consists of 11 cartons and 15 packs of Marlboro, 2 cartons and 17 packs of Basic, 5 cartons and 11 packs of Benson & Hedges, 3 packs of Djarum, 10 packs of Merit, 4 packs of Scenic 101, 2 cartons and 3 packs of GPC, 6 packs of Roger, 1 carton and 19 packs of GT One, 27 packs of Carlton, 7 cartons and 33 packs of American Spirit, 14 cartons and 38 packs of Virginia Slims, 2 cartons and 35 packs of Capri, 10 packs of Misty and 2 cartons of More brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps; and 1 carton and 7 packs of Dunhill, 2 cartons and 4 packs of Marlboro and 2 packs of American Spirit brand cigarettes unstamped. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b) on May 10,2005, from GMA Tobacco Inc., DBA: Taste of Tobacco located at 1121 N. San Fernando Blvd., Ste. E, Burbank, CA 91504.
