The property consists of 33 cartons and 47 packs of GT One brand cigarettes, 14 cartons of GPC brand cigarettes, 4 cartons of Liggett brand cigarettes, and 12 cartons of GT One brand cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on April 4, 2005, from Fawaz Anis Awad and Ahlam Fawaz Awad, dba: F & A Smoke Shop located at 33562 E. Yucaipa Blvd., Yucaipa, CA 92399.
