The property consists of 30 cartons and 5 packs of counterfeit stamped GT One brand, 18 cartons and 6 packs of counterfeit stamped Marlboro brand, 13 cartons and 6 packs of counterfeit stamped GPC brand, 5 cartons of counterfeit stamped American Spirits brand, 4 cartons and 1 pack of counterfeit stamped Benson & Hedges, 4 packs of counterfeit stamped Splash brand, and 2 cartons and 9 packs of unstamped GT One brand cigarettes . This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on May 24, 2005, from Robert Mastikian and Syliva Der Ghougassian, dba: KB Gas & Mini Mart located at 56504 29 Palms Hwy, Yucca Valley, CA 92284.
