The property consists of 465 packs 555 brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 60 packs Tipai Yan brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 57 packs Marlboro brand countefeit stamped cigarettes, 114 packs Krong Thip 90 brand non-MSA cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b) & (e), on April 28, 2005, from Jaclyn Onkeo Phetsada & Johnny Ounkham Phetsada, dba: Bangkoknoy Thai Grocery Store located at 1010-12 N. Cout St., Visalia, CA 93291.
