The property consists of 26 cartons and 6 packs of Camel, 3 cartons and 6 packs of Virginia Slims, 14 cartons and 5 packs of Marlboro, 3 cartons of American Spirit, 8 cartons and 5 packs of Benson and Hedges, 14 cartons of Parliament, and 5 cartons and 32 packs of Capri brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps; and 41 cartons and 2 packs of Garni, 10 cartons and 8 packs of Champion, 4 cartons and 5 packs of Wild Horse brand cigarettes unstamped. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on May 2, 2005, from Aleksan Ekimyan , dba: Glendale Market located at 513 W. Glenoaks Blvd, Glendale, CA 91202.
