Gold, 13 packs Dunhill, 39 packs GT One, 9 packs Tareyton, 3 packs Carlton, 11 packs Basic, 27 packs American Spirit, 17 packs Misty cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, and 54 packs Salem cigarettes unstamped. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on March 9, 2005, from Smoke Rings, Inc., dba: Smoke 4 Less #3 located at 31870 Castaic Road, Castaic, CA 91384.
