The property consists of 48 cartons and 4 packs of Djarum brand, 43 cartons and 9 packs of Scenic 101 brand, 17 cartons and 8 packs of GT One brand, 20 cartons and 1 pack of Newport brand, 25 cartons and 2 packs of Marlboro brand, 4 cartons and 7 packs of Capri brand, 7 packs of Seneca brand, 7 packs of Camel brand and 4 packs of BV brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on April 20, 2005, from Ray Lim and Tiffany Ngo, dba: Ray's Chevron located at 101 East Avenue J, Lancaster,CA 93534.
