The property consists of 903 packs WAVE brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 193 packs Marlboro brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 58 packs GPC brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 10 packs Camel brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on April 22, 2005, from Shoukrie Mohammad Rashid, dba: Primo Markte located at 409 Park Blvd, Orange Cove, CA 93646.
