The property consists of 33 cartons of 4 packs of Dunhill brand cigarettes, 3 cartons and 6 packs of Rothmans brand cigarettes, 12 cartons and 7 packs of 555 brand cigarettes, 6 packs of GT One brand cigarettes, 2 cartons of Camel brand cigarettes, 6 cartons of Benson & Hedges brand cigarettes, 1 carton of Winston brand cigarettes, 1 carton of Parliament brand cigarettes, 1 carton of Newport brand cigarettes, 2 cartons of Capri brand cigarettes, 19 cartons and 1 pack of Marlboro brand cigarettes, and 1 carton of Salem brand of cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on May 12, 2005, from Man T Than, dba: Lucky Seven Cigarettes located at 10512 Bolsa Ave. # 105, Westminster, CA 92683.
