The property consists of 262 packs of GPC brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 337 packs of GT-One brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 1157 packs of Wave brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 46 packs of Camel brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 131 packs of Bronco brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes . This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on April 28, 2005, from Sarn Luang Lee, dba: Lee's Mini Mart located at 540 N. Court St, Visalia, CA 93291.
