brand; 2 cartons, 23 packs of Capri brand; 4 cartons, 9 packs of Liggett brand;
2 cartons, 13 packs of Champion brand; 3 cartons, 13 packs of Wild Horse brand;
3 cartons, 13 packs of GT One brand; 2 cartons, 31 packs of Benson & Hedges
brand; 2 cartons, 17 packs of Ultra Buy brand; 8 cartons, 21 packs of Marlboro
brand; 1 carton, 7 packs of Select One brand; 2 cartons, 12 packs of Kool brand;
35 cartons, 48 packs of GPC brand; 6 packs of American Spirit brand; 2 packs
of Lucky Strike brand; 28 packs of Salem brand; 10 packs of Basic brand; 11
packs of Newport brand. Unstamped cigarettes: 2 packs of GPC brand; 9 packs,
2 cartons of Wild Horse brand; 7 packs, 4 cartons of 555 brand. This property
was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on November
9, 2005, at 2:30 p.m. from Youstina Oil Company Inc, dba: --------- located
at 3660 Puente Ave., Baldwin Park, CA 91706
