TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person
having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within
twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified
petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release
or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized.
The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be
filed with the Chief, Board Proceedings Division; State Board of Equalization;

The property consists of 209 packs Miss Diamond brand counterfeit
stamped cigarettes, 385 packs Marlboro brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes,
270 packs Scenic 101 brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 200 packs Sixty-One
brand Non-MSA cigarettes, 710 packs Virginia Slims brand counterfeit stamped
cigarettes, 81 packs Carlton brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 702 packs
Roger brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 10 packs Merit brand counterfeit
stamped cigarettes, 70 packs Seneca brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 600
packs Catalina brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 350 packs GT One brand
counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 258 packs Ideal brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes,
10 packs Capri brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 30 packs United brand
counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 180 packs Basic brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes,
19 packs GPC brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 9 packs Benson and Hedges
brand, "Made in the U.S. for export only" cigarettes, 10 packs Silk
Dew brand unstamped cigarettes, and 20 packs Roger brand unstamped cigarettes. This
property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection
(b), (d), and (e) on June 15, 2005, from Derrel's Mini Storage, Inc.,
dba: Derrel's Mini Storage Inc. located at 345 East Caldwell, Visalia, CA 93277. Anwar
Ali Janmohammed (Janmohammed) originally owned the property but failed to pay
Derrel's Mini Storage Inc. (Derrel's) for it's storage. The Board of
Equalization seized the contraband cigarettes when Janmohammed failed to respond
to Derrel's Notice of Lien.
