The property consists of unstamped cigarettes: 50 cartons and 106 packs of Marlboro brand, 1 carton and 12 packs of Camel brand, 21 packs of Fiesta brand, 2 cartons and 26 packs of Raleigh brand, 2 cartons and 5 packs of Viceroy brand, 71 packs of Delicados (18 cigarettes per pack), 1 carton and 10 packs of Montana brand, 2 packs of Capri brand and 6 packs of Benson & Hedges brand. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on September 22, 2005, at 12:50 p.m. from Jose Antonio Sanchez, et al, dba: Sanchez Produce, located at 3854 Opal St., Riverside, CA 92509.
